Video Conferencing Support Analyst – Dublin

Languages: ENGLISH only

Rate: 200/day

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent knowledge in the digital conferencing/meeting facilities (Cisco, Cisco WebEx, Skype for Business, IP, SIP).
  • AV or IT related background.

Description of Work:

  • Provide centralised live AV support during event.
  • Set up conferences as prepared by an administrator.
  • Prepare on-site meeting facilities.
  • Ensure AV related administration duties.
  • Provide technical IT Help Desk analysis and solutions to the Client.
  • Resolve hardware related issues, such as PC maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Help to manage information and request flow.
  • Provide training/assistance to the end users.
