Please note that we’re only able to pay in EUROS – Up to €500/day (all-inclusive)

Languages: ENGLISH only

Skills and experience:

  • Interface an existing system at least with a new provider of data
  • Write a new implementation for the existing interface or modify the interface if needed
  • Database migration script for the impacted system(s)
  • LDAP migration scripts for updating the former data provider
  • Investigate strategies and provide demos against agreed scenarios.
  • The software delivered runs on a Java/Weblogic 12c platform, connected to an Oracle Database and an Oracle LDAP server (OID)
  • Knowledge of Java, REST web services and XML are key since the implementation will rely on Java Frameworks, XML messages
  • Knowledge of workflow and web content management technologies are key as well as experience in system integration and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
  • Code and architecture reviews

  • Support in the high level and detailed design activities
  • Support in addressing defects, issues

Description of work:

  • Understand the business processes to be implemented
  • Design and implement software, based on requirements and analysis artefacts supplied by the System Analysts
  • Implement and perform unit tests
  • Take and document design decisions
  • Document software architecture
  • Perform code and architecture reviews
  • Implement and perform unit tests
  • Document the software produced
  • Estimate design and implementation effort as required
  • Define technical work-packages for developers
  • Implement and maintain the necessary software development lifecycle artefacts
  • Ensure that all documentation required by IT procedures is available and consistent
  • Contribute in the evaluation and introduction of new technologies, when required
  • Monitor and address issues raised by the static code analysis software
  • Monitor and address defects raised in defect tracking system by the testing team
  • Demonstrate very good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate very good team spirit and experience working in multidisciplinary teams
  • Be customer oriented
  • Have very good communication skills
