Languages: GERMAN and ENGLISH.

Skills and Experience:

  • Commercial training ideally in the field of human resources or a further education/additional qualification as a personal assistant/man.
  • Several years of professional experience in personnel administration.
  • Practical experience in dealing with MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
  • Application-ready knowledge in SAP HCM.

Description of work:

  • Support of administrative processes in day-to-day operations.
  • Preparatory payroll and certification.
  • Creation of certificates and handling of entries and withdrawals.
  • Maintaining personnel master data (SAP HCM) and personnel files.
  • Preparation and preparation of decision documents, analyzes and statistics.
  • Support in cooperation with the works council.
  • Organization of employee training.
