Languages: ENGLISH with FRENCH and DUTCH.

Skills and Experience:

  • The minimum seniority is 3 years, as for some part juniors do not have the necessary background.
  • Problem solving coordination.
  • ITIL certified.

Description of work:

  • Negotiates Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA).
  • Defines the service delivery processes and standards based on service requirements.
  • Establishes framework for coordinating support seamlessly across multiple support service providers.
  • Understands IT support demand patterns and determines required support resource levels and capabilities.
  • Coordinates interfaces between incident management and other service management processes.
  • Defines issue escalation mechanisms and tracks and manages major incidents and problems.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of the service management processes and the overall performance of the IT function and makes recommendations for improvement.
  • Facilitates good knowledge management practices and ensures knowledge management framework is in place.
  • Drives collaboration with vendors for service problem resolution and identifies opportunities for more optimal support mechanism.
