Languages: GERMAN and ENGLISH.

Skills and Experience:

  • Completed studies or training in IT or banking.
  • Very good practical knowledge in the PC / periphery and network environment as well as in the handling of standard office applications.
  • Service and customer orientation with great reliability and accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of IT service processes, ideally ITIL certified.

Description of work:

  • The inclusion of IT problems and service requests as the first point of contact.
  • The participation in the daily and project business.
  • Support in the continuous optimization and further development of existing ITSM
  • The maintenance and further development of various documentation databases.
  • Monitoring and compliance with key performance indicators and SLAs.
  • Support in the software deployment process, especially request fulfillment and license management as well as in the incident management process.
