Skills and Experience:

  • Educational qualifications in an IT role or similar service driven role
  • The ability to quickly learn and pick up new skills is essential as you will have to learn about the Client’s bespoke e-Commerce system
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Strong knowledge of remedial IT systems and processes
  • Proven customer service skills and experience of dealing with and resolving difficult customer issues

Description of work:

  • First point of contact for all external customers and the network into the eCom Technical Helpdesk
  • Co-operate and integrate between other area’s such as eCom/CIM, Programme Management & Service Management
