Skills and Experience:
- Educational qualifications in an IT role or similar service driven role
- The ability to quickly learn and pick up new skills is essential as you will have to learn about the Client’s bespoke e-Commerce system
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Strong knowledge of remedial IT systems and processes
- Proven customer service skills and experience of dealing with and resolving difficult customer issues
Description of work:
- First point of contact for all external customers and the network into the eCom Technical Helpdesk
- Co-operate and integrate between other area’s such as eCom/CIM, Programme Management & Service Management
