- OmniVista 8770
- OmniTouch contactcenter (standard edition)
- OpenTouch enterprise cloud
- IPDect/tdm Dect
- SBC audio
- Highly proactive and committed
- Good communication skills
- Customer orientated and well organized
- Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Stress resistant and priority management skills
- knowledge is required
- Willingness to be on stand-by out of business hours (24×7)
- Willing to increase his/her technical knowledge by self-training,
- Open minded and autonomous
