  • OmniVista 8770
  • OmniTouch contactcenter (standard edition)
  • OpenTouch enterprise cloud
  • IPDect/tdm Dect
  • SBC audio
  • Highly proactive and committed
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer orientated and well organized
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Stress resistant and priority management skills
  • knowledge is required
  • Willingness to be on stand-by out of business hours (24×7)
  • Willing to increase his/her technical knowledge by self-training,
