Contracts IT is an established IT Recruitment Agency based in South London with a global reach. We are looking for the next generation of Top Billers, training them to be the best in industry recruiters. You will join their team in the Contract & Permanent IT Recruitment Markets. We are expanding into new Recruitment demographics/sectors and further extending our reach into existing markets. We are seeking Recruitment Consultants ideally with experience of business development (full training can be offered) located in London for the European markets and are offering a range of hybrid roles of managing existing relationships, whilst developing new business opportunities.
We offer tailored services to our long-established blue chip Clients, and develop new business with companies that we are proud to be associated with. We are still privately owned, managed by our current founders which gives us the independence and scope to develop our business in a unique and visionary way. As a result, we have established a reputation for excellence and ingenuity within technology staffing.
The group has grown organically into a market-leading national business, with our headquarters in London, we have affiliates across Europe and the US with more plans for development in other areas of the UK and US. We always encourage flexibility in our workforce and support opportunities for short- and long-term secondments.
What it takes to be a Contracts IT employee?
We are looking for driven and ambitious individuals, with the tenacity and determination to thrive in the fast-paced and competitive world of sales and recruitment. You will need to have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and take ownership of your work, whilst still being part of a supportive team environment. The job requires confidence and gravitas to talk to clients and candidates, as well as the resilience to deal with knock-backs and disappointments along the way.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years’ experience in Sales Development and/or Recruitment consulting (although we will consider trainees for the resourcing roles who have the right attitude and aptitude for a highly driven sales environment).
You will have a pleasant persona and enjoy working in teams whilst managing your own business activity and be passionate about delivering recruitment solutions.
You will have good interpersonal and communication skills in English where any other European languages would be an advantage, but not essential.
You should have a proactive approach towards professional and personal development and keen to learn from the best Recruiters in Industry.
You will work in a supportive, friendly and hard-working team of existing Recruitment Consultants, learning and adapting your own style.
